In my role as a Support & Ops Specialist at Amazon Freight EU, I support day-to-day freight operations by managing operational tickets and resolving shipper and carrier issues in line with service-level targets. I analyse shipment and performance data to identify root causes of delays, execution failures, and process gaps, escalating complex operational risks where required. I monitor and report key operational KPIs related to shipment execution, service quality, and efficiency, working closely with operations, technology, and carrier management teams to implement corrective actions. I also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements to improve service reliability and operational performance at scale.
