My position at Elite is as a merchandiser to Farm Fresh Supermarkets, Floral Department, a Supervalu Company, located in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk Virginia area.My work for Farm Fresh Floral involves merchandising in all the stores to insure all company standards are met and/or exceeded. In addition, I have been, until recently, in the stores every day training, teach and mentor new Department Managers on all the financial aspects involved in running a mass market floral department.There are two additional part time merchandisers, also paid by farms in Miami that workedunder my direction that also insured displays are at chain standards and help insure quality and service is consistent across the chain.
