Full time in-house production coordinator for leading London based feature film and TV company. Duties include but not limited to- Overseeing all aspects of development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery- Working as a production coordinator on pick-up and second-unit shoots, managing scheduling, budgeting, insurance, and securing temporary visas- Coordinating feature film financing, co-production deals, and internal funding strategies, including Tax Credit submissions, audits, and cost reports- Helping to expand BK Studios’ development slate, contributing both creatively and strategically- Processing and distributing PACT/Equity contracts- Managing domestic and international travel for productions and film festivals - Submitting BFI applications for funding opportunities- Supervising post-production budgets for high-end feature films, overseeing spend and post-production tasks- Overseeing all elements of physical and paper delivery of feature films to leading sales agents and international distributors
