ABOUT HENRIQUE MOTTA
I\'m passionate about how emerging technologies can be employed to tackle major public policy challenges. My work and research focus on ensuring these innovations serve as solutions to societal problems, rather than contributing to them.I recently completed a Master’s in Public Policy at the Hertie School, where I explored the impact of new technologies on informal labor and investigated regulatory alternatives to improve working conditions in the AI supply chain. Besides this academic experience, I have also worked as a Political Consultant in Brazil and with GIZ (the German International Cooperation Agency) on a project focused on enhancing labor conditions in the Global South’s gig economy.Currently, I’m part of Capgemini’s Global Public Sector team, where I facilitate its Welfare Segment. In this role, I coordinate global initiatives with welfare authorities, promote knowledge exchange across international teams, and support clients in strengthening their Welfare Programs and Social Protection Systems, helping address some of the most pressing challenges of our time.I’m always happy to connect, whether over coffee in person or virtually.
