It\'s a new chapter in Tumwater\'s brewing history. We’re rehabilitating Tumwater\'s old historic brewhouse tower and bringing brewing back to the place Leopold Schmidt made famous. It was a good idea then, it’s an even better idea now. Craft brewers, cider makers and distillers at home in the heart of Tumwater. Brewing — It’s our legacy. As Communications Manager for the City, I lead strategic communications and community engagement in support of the Tumwater City Council Strategic Priorities.

ABOUT ANN COOK
I am a seasoned communications and community engagement professional with over 25 years of experience in the public sector. As the Chief Storyteller at the City of Tumwater, I lead strategic communications initiatives and community engagement activities in support of the City Council\'s strategic priorities, including the rehabilitation of the historic brewhouse tower and the revival of the brewing industry in the city.
