At B Lab Germany, I lead the national arm of a global movement that\'s redefining what it means to be a successful business. Our mission? To grow a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy — and to make stakeholder governance and impact accountability the new normal in the private sector.In this role, I hold full P&L responsibility and lead the organisation across strategy, operations, partnerships, and culture. Under my leadership, we’ve tripled revenue in two years, doubled the number of certified B Corps in Germany, and evolved the organisation\'s structure by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to scale sustainably and transparently.I engage with a wide range of stakeholders — from certified companies and policymakers to the media and the B Lab Global Network. I collaborate closely with our supervisory board, represent the movement publicly as a media spokesperson and panelist, and steer strategic coalitions across sectors to advocate for systemic policy change.Whether it’s leading a keynote on stakeholder capitalism, negotiating legal alignment for certification, or sparking a founder’s ‘aha’ moment — I’m in the business of transformation. Business as usual just doesn’t cut it anymore. And I’m here to help leaders build companies that leave more than just profit in their wake.
