I co-founded LumeH because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations investing in AI without really understanding how their business works and then wondering why nothing changed.We do things differently. My path to AI consulting wasn\'t a straight line. It was built on over 12 years of learning how to make complex things work. For more than a decade, I worked in international education, building partnerships across different continents, leading teams in multiple countries, managing regional offices, and delivering projects that brought thousands of talented people to Canada.Every role taught me the same lesson: change works when you align people, simplify processes, and follow through. And through all of it, I learned something: change succeeds when people are at the center, not as an afterthought, but as the starting point.That is where I come in. I co-founded LumeH AI Consulting because I believe AI adoption should feel less like a disruption and more like a natural step forward. Before we recommend anything, we take the time to understand how your business actually operates. Only then do we talk about solutions.
