Currently employed as Senior advisor,coach and trainer based in Sandnes but working with clients all over Norway training and coaching lean methodology.Personal vision «to actively contribute to strenghten the norwegian industry for coming generation»I have worked hard on my way from being a young apprentice to my current level of expertise within quality,HSE,lean and general operations.Since 2016 been adding value to a vast number of companies in the norwegian industry.Due to my background as craftsman i tend to connect and gain trust with the value adding workforce in a unique way.Contributing annualy as a speaker or classroom training at Lean Forum Norway conferances both on the national and on several regional lean forums.I am part of the certified coach team for Lean Forum Norways development program ProduktivitetsprangetCurrent achievements:Played a very central part in planning,conceptbuilding,piloting and full scale rollout leading to:2022 lean project of the year2022 lean company of the yearI’m truly passionate about my work and always curious on ways to support the culture of continuous improvement working towards my vision.Currently certified TWI practitioner from TWI institute.(TWI=training within industry)I’m always curious on any learning possibilities the future might bring so I´m interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers and network so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
