In my role at Norfolk Museums I have created new partnerships with diverse and varied voices within and beyond the heritage sector to increase reach, drive engagement and enhance our reputation. I\'ve engineered collaborations with major players in the sector, whilst creating space for new and diverse storytelling.I oversee the day-to-day management of Norwich Castle\'s social media channels, managing the content calendar, publishing and moderating social media content and publishing, editing and auditing web content. I work closely with marketing colleagues to plan and schedule on-brand, on-tone andengaging content across our web and social platforms.

I develop and deliver creative content for digital platforms - I\'m currently working on projects at Norfolk Museums Service and freelance for North Norfolk Open Studios. I\'ve commissioned photography and film projects, and have experience managing and growing organisational social media channels.I have a Distinction in MA Communication Design from Norwich University of the Arts. I also have an MRes in Humanities and Cultural Studies from the London Consortium, and a First Class BA Hons in Modern and Medieval Languages from King\'s College, University of Cambridge.
