Member of Marstel-Day’s Leadership Team serving as the Company’s Director of Marketing and Business Development and Senior Program Manager. As the Senior Program Manager, Ms. Merkel manages the company’s Environmental Compliance and Conservation Services (ECCS) contract with the U.S. Army Environmental Command, and serves as the Deputy Program Manager for Conservation Services on the HQMC Environmental Services contract. She also leads Marstel-Day’s marketing and business development activities including developing marketing materials, developing capture and pursuit strategies, forming strategic partnerships, negotiating teaming arrangements/agreements, and managing sources sought submittals, TORN responses, SF330 submittals, and proposals.
