ABOUT HELENE BOUCHARD
I am passionate about transformation and change, people and collaboration, selling, skills transfer to young populations, and working in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments. I have 30y+ of experience in several IBM business units at both local and international levels. With a proven track record in sales and business management, I have been holding various leadership positions in HW, SW, Insfrastructure and Support Services, as well as in Customer Industry Organizations (Travel & Transportation, Telecommunications, Airlines and Insurance). My Sales and Customer Facing skills have been consolidated through 20+ years in very complex environments, with large deals experience. During my different appointments in Operations on top of business P&L lead, I have acquired expertise in the deployment of transformation projects both at France and International level : content, governance design and implementation, resources adaptation up to tasks transfers to remote Centers of Excellence (Slovakia, China, India) from transition to steady state, then daily management. I have joined IBM France in 1984, working in Manufacturing Finance for 2 years before moving to Sales Organization.
