I’m a practising barrister, organisational psychologist-in-training, workplace needs assessor, PCC coach, and founder of Coaching Beyond - an ICF-accredited coach training organisation.My work centres on the emotional architecture of performance, the psychology of leadership and change, and supporting individuals and organisations to navigate complexity with clarity, integrity, and emotional intelligence.With a PhD in criminology and social psychology, I’ve spent over 20 years working across law, research, coaching, and social impact - from courtroom advocacy to organisational development, psychological assessment, and leadership training.I currently offer: Legal PracticeCivil, housing, family, and commercial law - delivered with pragmatism, clarity, and a strong focus on resolution and wellbeing.
