I have 13 years experience working in the National Health Service (NHS) with the majority of these years workingdirectly for and with Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors (NED) and the Chair as a Personal Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant and within my current Senior Corporate Governance role.In my current role, I have supported meetings at Committee level and Hospital Leadership Team level. My meetings have included the Assurance and Risk Committee, Charitable Funds Committee and the Aintree Hospital Management Board which includes full meeting administration and providing assurance reports to the Board of Directors.I have also led on NED recruitment processes and on the Chair and NED appraisal processes ensuring complaince with NHS England guidance, led on ensuring NEDs were compliant with mandatory training, led on and implemented the NED and Governor Walkabouts post covid, led on the Annual Members Meeting for 2021/22 and led on collating the Quality Account for 2022/23.
