Provide a full range of marketing administrative duties in a healthcare system. Design and produce materials needed for advertising, marketing, public information, special events, and other design projects and services. Maintain high graphic standards and identify materials and social media content that require redesign, refreshment, or editing. Enter data information into computer systems. Provide all external marketing of hospital and ancillary services and programs, Issue/reissue quotes on materials, coordinate the community outreach and education programs, establish connections with the community and ensure seamless information and communication with the entire marketing department and collaborate closely to align our efforts. Manage and design website to create an engaging and user-friendly online presence. Provide communications and writing support, participate in community civic organizations on behalf of the hospital and organize, verify, explain and interpret community outreach activities. Responsible for administering programs within the organization. Work independently, as well as in a team environment; provide one on one assistance and presentation format orientations. Extremely familiar with a variety of media applications and utilizing various web-based software applications to maintain and process information for forms; provide detailed knowledge of procedural assignments, use judgment to adhere to appropriate guidelines, activities, functions, and work with several programs within and outside of the organization. Deal effectively with external customers, all levels of employees and business contacts while conveying a positive, professional service-oriented attitude to interpret and explain procedures, programs, regulations and processes. Verify contracts and agreements required for events, meetings and functions. Assist others in carrying out office activities related to assignments.
