Key responsibilities include:• Stakeholder engagement: Developing strong and lasting relationships across the firm and in particular, with key stakeholder partners and leadership team members• BD strategy: Developing a firmwide BD strategy encompassing practice groups, sectors and markets, prioritising the greatest areas of growth and opportunity for the firm• Collaborative working: Working closely with the SLT to support the firm’s growth plans and enhancing the Broadfield brand in the market• Opportunity pipeline: Focusing on the firm’s strategic priority sectors and markets to develop a pipeline of high-value work from existing and new clients
