AMS is a global total workforce solutions firm enabling organisations to thrive in an age of constant change by building, re-shaping, and optimising workforces through talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, internal mobility and skills development, and talent and technology advisory services. • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with client service levels on all allocated accounts• Partner with key stakeholders to understand requirements, provide market insight and advise on best strategy to fill roles to enhance the service to the client• Hold weekly calls to enable forecasting of CWS roles• Support the sourcing team from briefing call to CV delivery to the client to ensure the best candidates are put forward for interview• Ensure that all applications are tracked for accurate reporting via ATS systems• Arrange interviews and help advise the client on appropriate offers, broker offers with candidates managing any objections with the hiring manager to gain acceptance• Ensure AMS and client systems are updated from initial approval stage • Hold weekly calls with the wider delivery team on current live roles, onboarding, closed offers, SLA reports and any issues.• Liaise with third party agencies for support when needed arranging briefing calls, interviews and managing the offer/onboarding process • Stakeholder management to enhance relationships and be a trusted advisor
