Plan, coordinate, and execute brewery events, festivals, and community activations — from intimate tastings to guest anniversary celebrations. • Manage all incoming donation and sponsorship requests, evaluating opportunities and aligning them with brand strategy. • Lead sponsorship partnerships by negotiating agreements and building long-term community relationships. • Oversee vendor recruitment, contracts, and logistics for on-site and off-site events, ensuring smooth setup/teardown and positive vendor relations. • Direct offsite storage operations, maintaining event inventory and coordinating transport of equipment to venues across Alberta. • Facilitate staffing coordination, assigning roles and communicating schedules to ensure efficient event execution. • Act as primary liaison with external event organizers, aligning brewery participation with event requirements and compliance. • Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media, print, and community channels to drive attendance and engagement. • Manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting for events and sponsorship programs. • Train and supervise event staff and volunteers, ensuring strong customer service and streamlined operations.
