Powered by a good idea one afternoon in the kitchen (messing about to Chaka Khan!), Mum-Dance grew into an international fitness brand bringing totally feel-good 80\'s dance fitness to women everywhere. I started Mum-Dance with 4 women in a local school hall with 3 routines, a spandex leotard and a pair of legwarmers. Fast forward to women Mum-Dancing their way fit across the UK, Gibraltar, and now scaling through Ireland and the USA - Kajagoogoo a loada that!
