I combine my strategic acumen with commercial leadership and maintain a strong field presence in order to drive therapeutics to market and ultimately support Enzo Life Science\'s long-term growth- Owns and executes the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across North America, key accounts, and product portfolios- Acts as a field leader: regularly visits top customers, joins account managers in strategic meetings, and serves as a senior commercial representative in key interactions- Builds and develops a high-performing commercial team, fostering accountability, customer focus, and results orientation- Identifies and nurtures high-value opportunities through close collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and technical teams, ensuring aligned commercial execution- Shapes and supports regional go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and customer engagement models to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty- Partners with Global Sales Leadership to ensure regional plans align with Enzo’s long-term growth objectives and commercial priorities- Analyzes Key Performance metrics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to proactively adjust commercial tactics- Champions the consistent use of CRM tools, pipeline management processes, and sales reporting to drive forecast accuracy and execution discipline- Leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that support commercial transformation and business scalability.
