I am the Head of Workforce Transformation and Learning Strategy at Allianz, a global leader in insurance and asset management. With 15 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, learning technologies, training, operations, and project management, I lead a team that delivers strategic workforce planning, digital learning for all employees, global upskilling measures, and business partnerships to proactively close skill gaps.My mission is to build a strong learning culture and enable the growth and transformation of our organization. I leverage learning technologies to link learning and development issues to company strategy, and drive strategic, global learning and development topics and projects for the Allianz Group. Some of my achievements include leading the global implementation of the AllianzU Learning Platform (Degreed) and the 2018 global rollout of LinkedIn Learning - and Allianz was the first DAX30 company to offer it to all employees. My focus areas include upskilling, skill management, learning technologies, blended learning initiative development and roll-out, learning community management, data analysis and reporting against benchmarks, facilitation, and psychometrics.
