Duties include:Preparation, facilitation and delivery of Rapid Improvement Events and other Continuous Improvement activities in support of company strategic goals to embed Lean ways of working into everyday working practicesPromotion of Lean ways of working across the organisation, embedding a culture of continuous improvement Monitoring of the global improvement strategy and taking full responsibility for the delivery of allocated packages of work for various work streamsEnsuring that improvement activities align to the company strategy, prioritising the most impactful projects and facilitating Lean project methodologyDeveloping and monitoring of benefits trackers for the work streams and supporting the business units and functions with progress tracking Challenging business leaders as necessary to create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
