ABOUT ETHAN PALAY

I am driven by a passion for transforming our nation\'s grid to 100% clean, renewable energy. As an experienced professional with over five years of experience at RES Americas, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in managing operations and maintenance (O&M) and asset management activities for utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage power plants. Throughout my career, I have held a number of roles within the organization, where I have honed my skills in project management, technical analysis, and team leadership.In addition, I have recently started the Advisory Services Department at RES, where we help internal and external clients with NERC Compliance, advanced performance analysis, and SCADA. This new venture has allowed me to leverage my expertise in renewable energy and offer valuable consulting services to our clients.As a board member of OUR & D, I am passionate about driving innovation and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
