ABOUT HEATHER FIELD

Working in the Conference Marketing department at Aerospace Tech Week, I strive to leverage my unique combination of experience and expertise to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. I apply my skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing to promote a leading aviation and aerospace technology event in Europe, as well as our new Americas event which covers North, South, and Central Americas. I collaborate with the entire team, advisory committee, event speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all stakeholders. Graphic design has become a passion and I extensively use the Adobe full suite of programs (primarily Photoshop and InDesign). Previously, I was a Data Executive at Beeline Data Services, where I supported the data analysis, database administration, and quality assurance of various marketing campaigns. I also managed several customer accounts overseeing their data needs and specific projects. I have a keen attention to detail and a passion for systems solutions. I was a successful business owner for 13 years, when a move across the world led me on a different career path. I have over 30 years of work experience in diverse fields and industries, ranging from health and beauty to data, graphic design, and marketing. I enjoy learning new skills and exploring new challenges, and I value innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
