I\'m a collaborative strategist, communicator, and team builder with a lifelong passion for agriculture. My career spans the feed and animal nutrition industry, agri-retail, and not-for-profit sectors—often at the intersection of science, marketing, and operations. I thrive when bringing structure to complexity, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and translating insights into practical action. Whether leading CRM and digital marketing implementations, uncovering market research insights, or coaching a team through change, I enjoy helping others succeed and aligning teams behind a shared goal. A former National Director of Sales and Marketing, I\'ve led high-performing teams and contributed to senior leadership strategy. More recently, I’ve shifted focus toward meaningful individual contributor work that allows me to dive deep into research, problem-solving, and writing. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for animal care and rural communities.
