Lead the Purchasing Department team members and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure adequate product stock for all warehouses and direct demand from customers.* Conduct monthly inventory meetings with product managers to discuss the status of their inventory.* Hold monthly staff meetings to go over status updates, issues, etc.* Review key product inventory levels on an ongoing basis.* Manage continuous improvement within the inventory purchasing and control processes.* Engage and collaborate with warehouse managers and other staff to ensure business goals are met.* Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the inventory system – Advanced Forecasting & Procurement.* Communicate regularly with various Product Managers to ensure changes in market conditions are being considered in the stock levels.* Review special orders with purchasing agents.* Prepare and release purchase orders, as needed.* Coordinate price increases by collaborating with IT and vendors to ensure a smooth annual price increase process.* Oversee the annual physical inventory count process across all 14 locations.
