Responsible for managing, coaching and motivating team of People Partners while being the contact point for all team members.• Leading by setting a good example and driving the team forward to achieve their goals.• Accountable for delivering the people strategy and implementing new ideas with a solutions & data driven approach.• Act proactively to ensure smooth people team operations and effective collaboration with senior leaders.• Works on a wide range of strategic people-related matters and projects including team structure and optimisation, employee engagement and retention, organisational culture and change management.• Builds strong relationships across the organisation to understand what colleagues need from the team, and seek out opportunities to deliver through the people strategy.• Support team by being a point of escalation with any issues, acting or advising whilst maintaining confidentiality.• Helps set meaningful development goals and milestones for team and can lead conversations around what they need to demonstrate to develop further.• Ensures the People Operations team are acting in a people focussed way with our core values at the centre of everything we do. • Ensures a seamless people experience during the full people lifecycle
