As Assistant Marketing & Events Manager at SUEZ’s Renew Hub part of the Renew Greater Manchester project, I’m all about giving second chances to items and making a real difference for local communities. We take donations from recycling centres across Greater Manchester, restore and refresh them, then find them new homes through our Renew Shops and eBay store.What’s especially rewarding is that the money raised helps support important causes: the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity and the Recycle for Greater Manchester Community Fund.Working closely with local partners, I love seeing how our event space doesn’t just hold gatherings, it nurtures a community. Every sale and event supports Greater Manchester causes, proving that eco-friendly choices can create real social impact.Whether I’m drafting marketing campaigns or chatting with guests on event day, my goal is simple: make the Renew Hub the place where good times meet good deeds.
