ABOUT HAYLEY COLLIS
As a Counsellor I run my own private practice offering counselling sessions online. I work with clients on the impacts of a variety of life issues, helping them feel more able to cope with their thoughts and feelings, helping them find a way to move forward.I am also delighted to be working for Mental Health Matters in partnership with the NHS to help those struggling with their mental health to either find employment if they are not in work or to retain and feel supported in their current jobs. I am a strong advocate of people feeling able to be honest and open about their mental health and I am incredibly passionate about breaking down the stigmas that people still experience around living with mental health conditions, both in their personal and working lives. My background in HR combined with my skills and experience in Counselling and Coaching help me to provide a unique and comprehensive view on how to help manage mental health in the workplace. I feel strongly that each workplace should have some level of mental health support for their Managers and Employees alike.
