ABOUT HAVEN CAREY DAY

Hello, friends and soon-to-be friends! I am thrilled to meet you! Let\'s chat for a moment - please allow me to share a little bit about myself. I am proudly born and raised in SoCal, and from my days in retail, discovered that my constant love was learning others\' stories and helping to facilitate meaningful connections! I\'ve transitioned that retail background into Corporate Retail, working on teams ranging from Store Ops, Training & Development, and finally to Talent Acquisition. What matters to me most is working to create more equitable opportunities: driving inclusion and authentic belonging for others. I love stepping back, listening, and connecting. I like to think that one of the things I do well is putting others at ease and being human, removing some of the scariness that can come with the interviewing experience.I am a voracious reader, aficionado of really random playlists, and can binge watch like no one\'s business. Oh, and if you are a cat person like me who deeply appreciates puns, no shame!
