The Director of Philanthropy and Engagement is a new role designed to lead all aspects of development and engagement, including fundraising, marketing, and communications including social media, and e-campaigns. Works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and organization leadership. The Director reports to the CEO and is instrumental in shaping a strategic fundraising plan for the organization. The Director of Philanthropy and Engagement will assess and realign the current fundraising program and rebuild a sustainable funding model.
