Design, build, and manage the organization\'s digital infrastructure—aligned with the vision, strategy, and impact. Key projects include a website redesign and management of the existing site.Website RedesignAs the organization evolves, develop a dynamic information system that communicates the new strategy through tailored digital experiences for specific stakeholders (e.g, policymakers, workforce development groups, institutions, funders). Research included ecosystem mapping, interviews, case studies, and usability testing of the existing site. Schematic design was workshopped with leadership and staff across the organization to define site architecture, information architecture, and key workflows. Work ongoing—currently in the Design Development phase.Existing Site (WordPress)Design: Collaborated with project teams across the Lab to design, edit, and publish project pages.Analytics: Established an analytics practice, producing weekly and monthly reports for project teams.Compliance: Published a policies page including copyright, privacy, disclaimer, terms and conditions, cookie policy, and accessibility statement.Accessibility: Updated the site to meet WCAG and ADA compliance standards.SEO: Optimized project pages based on Google Search Console standards.Coordination: Collaboration with external contractors for building components
