ABOUT HASAAN SAMSEER

With over 14 years of experience as a Sales Development professional and a trainer in learning & development, I\'ve had the privilege of guiding and mentoring more than individuals throughout my career. Specializing in designing and delivering effective sales training and coaching programs for bancassurance staff, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an Associate’s Degree in HR Management from the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka. Additionally, I hold several certifications and licenses from esteemed international organizations and institutions in the fields of sales and management. During my tenure as the former Head of Learning and Development - Bancassurance at Union Assurance PLC, as well as in my engagements with other insurance companies, I led a dedicated team of trainers and coaches. Together, we provided support and guidance to over 400 bancassurance staff members across multiple channels and locations. Collaborating closely with senior management and external stakeholders, I ensured that our learning objectives were aligned with the broader business goals and tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Leveraging various models and frameworks such as the 6D Model, the Influencer Model, and the Crucial Conversation Model, I focused on enhancing the skills and performance of our sales staff. My passion lies in transforming individuals into successful sellers and empowering them to reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I\'ve been committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, enabling teams to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
