Having more than 19 years of experience in manufacturing industry.Presently working as a Plant Head in Sleeper Manufacturing industry in previous experience headed the Surface Treatment Plant in Bhiwadi location.Widely Experienced in operation management,Quality,Manufacturing,management,production,planning,lean manufacturing.Completed the certification in six sigma black belt from QT & T.worked on the project for the scrap reduction in the piston ring manufacturing.Specialization in metal finishing of the Chrome plating of piston ring. Well versed with the technical aspect in manufacturing, production techniques and also liaison Inc.Moreover experienced in handling the customer,dealing with day to day routine with proper effectiveness. Focused in the customer satisfaction as well as fulfilling their expectations to meet organization goal.Dealing with the vendor and to negotiate the cost reduction. Most importantly I am a self motivated and always ready to accept the challenges,and do not compromise with the work which leads the business.
