Automating Precision with Cobot Integration & OpenTAPOver the past few weeks, I’ve been working on a backend system to control a collaborative robot (cobot) for precise positioning tasks — helping our RF team streamline their process. What I’ve been building:1. A software layer in C# to move the cobot to target positions using azimuth, elevation, and longitude data.2. Integration with OpenTAP to automate the sequence of operations as test steps.3. Custom coordinate transformation and orientation logic to drive motion based on CSV-configured inputs.4.Fine-tuning movements using real-time tilt data via JAKA Cobot APIs.
