I’m a Software Engineer at Wipro, building enterprise-scale solutions for TD Bank’s contact centre operations. Our platform supports employees across 40+ lines of business — consolidating scorecards, coaching, quality monitoring, and real-time analytics into a unified system that drives performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.On the frontend, I work with Vue 3, Pinia, and Quasar to develop responsive and modular interfaces. The backend is powered by Python (FastAPI), with cloud infrastructure running on Azure and data management handled via Azure SQL.
