Planning of Recourse, Budget, manpower to run Section*Preparing preventive Maintenance plane for HT/LT motors, Transformers, VFD,MCC and PCC, all types of motor starter, soft starter, HT Panels etc*Ensuring Thermography routine for VFD panels, MCC and PCC panels should be followed in time and rectifying abnormalities which were observed during tomography*Initiating Management of change (MOC) for any modifications to improve theperformanceof equipment and system when required*Ensure & innovate Energy saving projects and Digitalization projects based on IOT*Responsible for any modification/installation for change in Process requirement. Design finalization, Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & budget Requirement, Preparing Technical bid analysis (TBA) and installation-commissioning of such change*Coordinate with other functions (process, purchase, mechanical, utility, etc.) ofthe plant for proactive planning of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance activities*Direct involving in relevant meetings, prepared reports, Prepared Monthly Progress Meeting Documents*Maintaining proper records on maintenance, new installation, any change in machine/process, inventory, consumption etc*Verification of Electrical Service bills and crating service advice note in SAP*To be responsible for overall cost control, and to manage and monitor overall maintenance activities of the plant maintenance within the allotted budget.Developing methods for cost control*Work & collaborate with the procurement team for overall vendor management related to plant maintenance requirements*Responsible for record keeping of plant maintenance section, keeping manuals, drawings, installation & commissioning reports service reports,etc. in a systematic way so that they can be readily produced or referred to.Responsible for training and development of team members of the plant maintenance section - Goal setting,performance evaluation,imparting or arranging the training
