ABOUT HARSH GERGANTE

A Commerce Graduate from SIES College of Commerce & Economics (Autonomous)(University of Mumbai), with a strong inclination towards Business Research and Data-driven insights. My undergraduate years were marked by active participation in academic, editorial, and leadership roles that contributed significantly to my growth as a well-rounded individual. I served as Editor of my college’s annual magazine for two consecutive years, an experience that honed my skills in both creative expression and communication. In my final year, I was appointed Secretary of SIES’s Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE), under Mumbai University. Through this role, I engaged in various extension and outreach activities, working closely with diverse groups to implement meaningful projects. My dedication to research was recognized when I presented at the 19th Aavishkar Research Convention, Mumbai University’s annual research convention, where I secured a Zonal/District-level win in the Commerce & Management category at the undergraduate level. Additionally, I received the Essar Endowment Scholarship for Best Student of the Year 2024–25, an honor that acknowledges both academic achievement and comprehensive contributions beyond the classroom. My academic pursuits were complemented by internships in Business Research, which provided practical exposure to industry practices in research, analysis, and reporting. I remain committed to continuous learning and look forward to exploring opportunities that come my way.
