I have expertise in assembly and test verification, including the Proof of Concept phase, product training, procurement, process control, cost-saving initiatives, and managing engineering and manufacturing documentation such as Manufacturing/ Test Plan, Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Test/Equipment Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Plans.In addition, I am responsible for the maintenance of handling equipment, including preventive maintenance activities (PM Activities), as well as the installation and setup of new or refurbished equipment through IQOQPQ protocols. I collaborate with both customers and suppliers, engage in continuous improvement and lean activities, and manage sub-level assembly to box build processes. My expertise also encompasses calibration, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing, as well as operating a wide variety of equipment.
