ABOUT HARRIET HUGHES HUNTER
I specialise in working with leaders and teams undertaking change in complex contexts. I have over 25 years’ experience of working in a wide range of roles, both within and in partnership with, the public sector. I encourage leaders to consider how they approach their work from a relational perspective; working in relationship with themselves, their peers, the people that they lead and the issues they are facing together. I am also a qualified person centred and psychodynamic therapist, and bring these perspectives in to how I work with individuals and groups.In particular I have expertise in- facilitating/coaching leadership groups and teams through the process of undertaking change in complexity, working with them on both the work they are trying to do and how they are working together - leadership development- one to one coaching
