Strategic Advisor to Boards and Executive Leadership on Future-Ready Business Design — aligning strategy, operating model, sustainability, and innovation to deliver durable performance.I partner with a small number of leadership teams each year to help them navigate inflection points and build organisations capable of performing today while remaining viable tomorrow.My work focuses on helping organisations respond to structural shifts reshaping industries — including sustainability transition, technology-enabled business model change, and evolving economic expectations.I operate across three interconnected domains:1. Operating model & business design — Turning strategy into execution by aligning direction, structure, governance, and ways of working so organisations become clearer, faster, and more adaptive. Through Better Business Design Consulting and Hult Ashridge Executive Education, I support leaders designing organisations for an increasingly complex environment.2. Systems change & sustainable enterprise — Supporting leaders and cross-sector coalitions accelerating the shift toward circular and regenerative models, ensuring sustainability becomes a driver of resilience and long-term value creation. This includes collaboration with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.3. Innovation & venture scaling — Helping move breakthrough ideas from concept to commercial reality through roles with scaling ventures such as Aqua Catalysis, mentoring science- and tech-for-good founders, and investing in early-stage companies.
