ABOUT HARRIET RILEY

Over 14 years experience working within both the Finance and Energy sector across a number of Senior HR roles. Significant HR Business Partner experience for large customer centric populations supporting Managing Directors and Executive Comittee with all elements of the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Talent Management and Coaching senior leaders for success.Strong experience in partnering with senior leaders including members of the M&G, British Gas and Barclays GEC. Confidence in appropriately challenging at all levels, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity by championing pragmatic solutions in line with business strategy. Able to work under pressure, accurately and to tight timescales with the ability to make decisions using strong analytical and commercial skills balancing both the needs of the business and our people.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel and experience in working with Workday and other HR Systems, ‘People Fluent’ Reward and Talent operating systems, SharePoint Intranet programmes and Photoshop.Alumni of the Centrica Women’s network. Participated in the 2014 Centrica Women’s Network ‘Arctic Challenge’ raising money for our chosen charity Rosa, the UK fund for Women and Girls.
