ABOUT HARMONY M.

I’m a Senior UX Researcher and digital anthropologist who loves exploring how people connect with products, services, and each other. With over 8 years of applied and ethnographic research experience, I specialise in bringing clarity to complex problems and shaping inclusive, user-centred design.Right now, I’m completing a Level 7 Master’s Apprenticeship in AI & Data Science, experimenting with machine learning, NLP, and data visualisation to push the boundaries of how research can inform strategy. I’m also the founder of HUX Innovation, a space where I publish independent projects, reflections, and experiments on design, culture, and technology.My work often blends rigour with curiosity: from cultural studies to continuous discovery, from coaching teams to building research functions from scratch. I like asking the “obvious” questions that spark unexpected answers, and I’m motivated by creating research that’s as practical as it is thought-provoking. Outside of the professional, you’ll usually find me dreaming up side projects, tinkering with AI tools, or getting overly invested in the details of home renovation (yes, even the skirting boards).
