Managing a Quality control team that ensures Quality standards are met in manufacturing standards.• Develop standard documentation for quality processes of current and new products.• Manage Daily Whiteboard meetings to monitor quality KPI’s and initiate actions improving Qualityand production inefficiencies.• Ensure Discrepancy material reports (DMR’s) are addressed and CAPA requests are initiated withSuppliers to improve the supplier raw material quality.• Re-design training structure for on-boarding, Electrical & Mechanical knowledge base improvingperformance and eliminating wastes.• Coordinate ECO/ECR meetings and ensure all actions are well implemented related to designchanges, part revisions, inventory control, documentation updates.• Participate in Kick-Off meetings among other teams for new project requirements and availabilities.• Coordinate with product designers & NPI engineers to improve manufacturing efficiency and ease ofproduct assembly.• Develop and manage Corrective Action reports for customer complaints related to quality and takecorrective actions against the root cause identified.
