Partner with design teams to ensure seamless manufacturability of innovative lighting products. • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including OPCs, work instructions, and cell configurations, streamlining production processes. • Train cross-functional teams on ERP systems (Epicor), enhancing real-time document access and operational efficiency. • Optimize CNC and machining workflows by refining product routings and designing custom jigs to tackle production challenges. • Lead Kaizen initiatives to boost efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities, driving continuous improvement. • Support production teams by troubleshooting technical issues on the floor, ensuring smooth launches of new and existing products. • Collaborate with marketing and special projects teams to deliver mock-up samples, custom orders, and unique client requests.
