My position as the International Recruitment Manager is a key operational support role within UniSA International. The responsibilities of my role are to design, implement, coordinate and deliver international recruitment activities that are designed to achieve strategic growth in international student numbers across the Indian subcontinent region. Key Responsibilities: International Recruitment Activities, Performance & Deliverables Plan, develop, and coordinate international student recruitment activities and ensure that activity is measured, evaluated and meets key measurable targets. Manage recruitment activities, including agents and representatives within budgetary, policy and legislative guidelines. Develop short, medium and long-term strategies to increase applications and enrolment. Professionally and appropriately represent the University at relevant promotional events. Undertake research and analysis, and make recommendations for improvements with respect to the recruitment of international students. Work in conjunction with admissions and compliance team on the GTE criterion and financial assessment of students applying from South Asia.Marketing, Promotion & Business Development Provide input and advice into the Unit’s planning and forecasting processes related to international student recruitment. Undertake targeted market research and competitor analysis, report on findings and make recommendations. Responsible for designing and implementation of market specific publications, articles and major PR events.
