Responsible for the planning and documentation of the SCADA software for our international customers - Supporting the existing processes and implementing new developements in the SCADA software configuration to customer requirements- Supporting and implementing new strategies for the product simulations and process specific configurations- As part of IQ/OQ, Qualification and validation of Software systems during the FAT and approving the customer centric solutions - In close cooperation with Product Develeopement and Automation team to improve the current SCADA version for fermenter control system software- The project planning of special solutions for customer-specific IT projects - Customized bio-processing culture recipe creation, execution, testing and delivery in compliance with GMP and S88 - I am also involved in the sales and service processes and bear technical responsibility for SCADA - Customer support at 2nd & 3rd level
