Responsible for business requirements analysis, define objectives of ERP, and transform organization processes at optimum level.\\\\n• Identify the existing business process that needs to be addressed through the ERP and whether they need to be changed or improved in any way.\\\\n• Understanding of business models such as Customer Relationship Management, Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources Management, Supply Management, Finance, Product Lifecycle Management, Inventory, Purchase, etc…\\\\n• Participate in decision-making to optimize and improve technology management.\\\\n• Responsible for coordinating the needs of each of the company\'s divisions and lead meetings to collect information and then unite these disparate visions into a cohesive whole for the entire company\\\\n• Preparing Flow-chart, BRD, SRD as per Meeting with stakeholders and related Departments.\\\\n• Responsible to clarify technical doubts of Development team and Assist with change management Process. Also prepare test cases for testing the ERP system\\\\n• Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.\\\\n• Responsible for the maintenance and customization of the software itself to meet the customer’s needs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
