And QMS• Daily department’s reviews• Overview of the failure analysis and implement FMEA, PEAP, CAPA,• Project cost estimation.• Implementation of ERP system • NPI run • Material procurement and store management• Implentatation of FIFO at Raw store and FG Logistics.• Continuously working on process cost and vendor cost reducing.• ISO audit arrangement and internal audit planning • LEAN management• Logistics import and export shipment handling and dispatch arrangement• Interact with the FEDEX, DTDC, UPS, Bluedart, GATI, and SAFEEXPRES for import and export shipment arrangement.
