ABOUT HANS SANDHU

I am an entrepreneurial and technology professional with a strong passion for scaling start-ups. I was born in San Francisco, grew up in Mountain View, and attended Menlo College, where the spirit of the Valley influenced me. My career has been guided by the belief that while innovative technology is essential, flawless business execution is the key to success.I have held transformative roles at multiple public and private organizations and foundational GTM roles with multiple start-ups backed by top-tier VCs. Additionally, I am an angel investor and LP in 7BC VC, a fund focused on capital-efficient software and internet companies, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI for transformative innovation.Starting my professional journey at SLI Systems, I progressed from an SDR to leading the NA Account Management org. I played a crucial role in the company\'s successful acquisition by ESW Capital, setting company revenue records, achieving unprecedented revenue milestones, and leading projects that significantly enhanced customer retention and satisfaction.At SnapLogic, I was the foundational member of the \"Velocity\" beta program. I developed a comprehensive GTM plan from the ground up that enabled the company to enter new markets and generate millions in ARR. I secured a record of 44 new net-new logos and generated millions in ARR in just two years. I have also worked as an early-stage/founding GTM hire with Series A through C venture-backed startups, where I\'ve shaped GTM motions that resulted and or directly contributed to millions in ARR. Outside of work, my passions reflect the diversity of Silicon Valley itself. From the Niners to immersing myself in music, art, and fashion, I find balance and inspiration in the world around me. My love for cars and time in nature reminds me of the drive needed to succeed and the importance of connecting with the community that shapes us.
