I have over five years of experience in international development, with a focus on gender, equity, and social inclusion (GESI) mainstreaming and diversity and culture initiatives. As a Senior Program Associate at Winrock International, I have managed a $110M portfolio of donor-funded projects that aim to improve the livelihoods and resilience of communities around the world through sustainable agriculture and natural resource management. I hold a MS in Conservation Leadership from Colorado State University. I am passionate about applying innovative and inclusive approaches to address the complex and interconnected challenges of our time, such as climate change, food security, and social justice.
